Data Encryption

Encryption in Transit

All data transmitted between your browser, your users, and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher. This ensures that all form submissions and account interactions are protected from eavesdropping.

Encryption at Rest

Your data, including form submissions and account information, is encrypted at rest in our databases using the AES-256 standard. This protects your data even in the rare event of a physical breach of the data center.

Secure Infrastructure

Our application and database infrastructure is hosted on leading cloud providers (like Vercel and AWS) that are compliant with a wide range of rigorous security standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. Access to our production environment is strictly limited to authorized personnel through secure, multi-factor authentication.

Spam & Abuse Prevention

We know how disruptive spam can be. We employ multiple layers of spam protection, including Google reCAPTCHA integration and other proprietary checks, to protect your forms from unwanted submissions and malicious bots.

Secure Authentication

We use trusted, industry-standard authentication providers like Clerk to manage user logins and sessions. This means your account is protected by features like multi-factor authentication (MFA), brute force protection, and secure password hashing.

Payment Security

HeySheet does not store any of your credit card information. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which is a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider—the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
