1. About Heysheet
Heysheet is a no-code form backend service that enables users to collect form submissions and integrate them with services like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and Email. It also offers analytics features and serves as an alternative to SheetMonkey. Future integrations may include Airtable.
2. Information Collected
- Account Information: Heysheet uses Clerk for authentication, which may collect user email, IP address, and session metadata.
- Google Account Permissions: When a user connects their Google account, Heysheet requests the following scopes:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets – to create and update spreadsheets
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file – to create and manage files created or accessed through Heysheet
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly – to read files selected by users
- email, profile – to identify the Google account
Google data is accessed only as necessary to provide Heysheet services and is not used for any other purpose. - Notion Account Permissions: When a user connects their Notion account, Heysheet requests:
- Read content (Notion pages and databases)
- Update content (existing pages/databases)
- Insert content (create pages or entries)
- Read user info including email address (for account identification)
Access is granted solely for service functionality and can be revoked by the user via Notion account settings. - Form Submissions: Submission data is not stored in a database. Uploaded files (if any) are stored in Supabase Storage.
- Integrations: If enabled by the user, Heysheet can send form submission notifications to selected Slack channels or email addresses.
Heysheet’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How Heysheet Uses Data
- To authenticate users via Clerk

- To store uploaded files in Supabase Storage

Heysheet does not sell or rent user data. Information may be shared with:

All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS. Clerk handles authentication, and Supabase securely stores uploaded files. Data access is restricted to permissions granted by the user. Google access can be revoked at any time via the user’s Google account settings.
